How can we help?
Oregon's Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) programs provide free services to families with children who have delays in their development.
The focus of Oregon's EI/ECSE service is on building on the family's strengths to meet the special needs of the child.
Early diagnosis and treatment of developmental delays can help give a child the best opportunity to reach his/her full potential.
Each county in Oregon has a designated agency that parents can call if they have concerns about their child's development.
You can find your local EI/ECSE agency on this brochure or at http://asqoregon.com/parentresources.php.
